Programs Designed Around People

Every program we offer is thoughtfully designed to meet participants where they are — celebrating strengths, building skills, and creating community. We currently offer three core programs, with more on the way as we grow.

Adaptive Arts

Every person has a story worth telling through art.

Our Adaptive Arts program gives individuals with special needs a vibrant, hands-on space to explore painting and a wide range of artistic mediums. Guided by trained instructors, participants develop fine motor skills, emotional expression, and self-confidence — all while creating work that is uniquely and powerfully their own.

Cardio Drumming

Feel the beat. Find your rhythm. Belong.

Cardio Drumming is our signature adaptive recreation program — a high-energy, joyful experience that combines rhythmic drumming with movement and music. Participants build coordination, cardiovascular health, and social connection in a fully inclusive, supportive environment where every beat counts.

Every athlete deserves a team.

Our Adaptive Sports program brings the thrill of competition and the power of teamwork to individuals with exceptionalities. From wheelchair basketball to inclusive field sports, participants build physical strength, resilience, and lasting friendships — proving that every athlete deserves a team and a chance to shine.
